HR Systems and Compliance Officer required for Civmec!
Located in our corporate offices in Henderson, this is a great opportunity for a junior HR professional looking to join a busy HR Team to provide a dministrative assistance across a varied range of HR activities including L&D and Recruitment.
The Role
- Develop your skills further in managing HR systems and compliance
- Fine tune your HR reporting, metrics and data collation skills
- Support the bids and proposals process by collating and providing HR data
- Undertake special projects, investigation and research on HR related matters
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- A tertiary qualification in HR or related, plus some experience as a HR Administrator
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to stakeholders at all levels
- A positive attitude, a self-starter, a continual learner
- Good time management skills
