About the role

Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-versed Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at an exciting time as we continue to grow. This position plays a critical role in the recruitment of high-volume blue-collar personnel across key mining and oil & gas projects.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead this pivotal role will provide an excellent opportunity to further develop your career and work alongside experienced industry professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Upholding relationships with our future workforce
  • Delivering administrative tasks to support the mobilisation of personnel to the project
  • Scheduling and booking of pre-employment medicals
  • Booking of pre-mobilisation training specific to project sites
  • Use of various client approval systems for third party verification and site access
  • Ensure current / talent pool of candidates maintain compliant with the client requirements including RTO training and client inductions
  • Maintaining personnel records and training folders
  • Ensuring Altrad Services audit compliance and document control

    • About you

  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably supporting a recruitment or mobilisation department
  • Experience working within a fast paced, ever-changing environment, preferably within a contractor or labour hire environment
  • Proven experience using internal recruitment and mobilisation tools such as FastTrack 360, ERMS
  • Well organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
