About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Support Officer to join our Commercial and Industrial team on a 6 month maternity cover. You will focus on delivering operational support to Account Managers for sales activities and be responsible for the management of customer experience.

Duties:

Team Administrative support and assist Account Managers with end-to-end sales process

Collating, validating, and entering information into MS Dynamics CRM

Sales fulfillment to ensure customer onboarding and ongoing management of customer needs

Managing customer email inboxes and telephone enquiries

Management of purchase orders and processing invoices

Skills and experience:

Experience working in a professional team environment as a Sales Admin or Sales Operations or similar

Proactive, flexible and ability to adapt constantly in a changing environment

Customer Service experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with CRM and ability to pick up new programs quickly

Ability to problem solve and implement solutions
