We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Marketing Partnership Specialist to join our successful and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new partnerships, driving existing relationships and will be “hands on” to implement campaigns/inclusions for the business across Australia & New Zealand.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your well-rounded relationship management and marketing skills. You will work as part of a team to drive the partnership function for Minor Hotels’ group of brands.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Own, develop and implement the partnerships strategy for the commercial function within the marketing team Manage all tourism partnerships across Australia & New Zealand and leverage opportunities to implement joint campaigns, leveraging tourism grants and collaborations where available Execute partnership inclusions, seamlessly in a timely manner, whilst managing budgets as required Manage and own major sponsorships and drive cross brand awareness and opportunities Research partners, identify key players and generate interest to secure new partnership and sponsorship opportunities Collaborate with senior management and other marketing team members to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with the companies’ goals and guidelines Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization – you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills, qualifications and experience:
Tertiary qualifications with a relevant degree in Marketing and or partnership management highly regarded A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a national partnership/sponsorship role essential Experience in hotels and or hospitality / travel industries preferred Execute partnership inclusions in a timely manner, whilst managing budgets Develop, manage and implement the partnerships strategy for the commercial function within the marketing team The ability to create new relationships and fostering existing ones on a national scale Proven ability to execute, manage and grow partnerships Experience in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns to achieve strategic goals, ROI and revenue targets Research skills and the ability to identify key players and generate interest to secure new partnership and sponsorship opportunities Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects Comfortable in challenging the status quo, developing new and alternative ideas, constantly continuously improving on best performance High levels of creativity and out-of-the box, solution-focused thinking Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with the companies’ goals and guidelines Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the versatility and adaptability to work simultaneously on a variety of projects Additional Information
