Ideally located on Queensland’s Gold Coast, and situated close to Robina Town Centre, our Villa Serena Home is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. 

You will be required to work Monday – Friday 7am – 2.30pm

Reporting to our General Manager, the Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for providing general cleaning and laundry services to our home, ensuring the Facility meets all relevant service standards both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all resident rooms and public areas are maintained in a freshly cleaned condition
  • Ensuring that laundry services are conducted in a safe and efficient way that meets the needs of the site and residents
  • Efficient response time to requests
  • Assist with bed making as required
  • Assist with laundry duties as required
  • Cleaning & Laundry Services meets Allity presentation standard
  • About You 

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
  • Excellent communication style, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Flu Vaccination Certificate for 2022 (mandatory)
  • COVID and Booster Certificate (mandatory)
