Warehouse Supervisor

Based in Warriewood on Sydney’s Northern Beaches

Our client is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to join this global distribution network of medical devices. This is great opportunity for you to show your incredible warehousing skills that include pick/packing, receipt & dispatch plus general housekeeping duties. Reporting to the warehouse manager you are a hands-on star, responsible for the supervision of a small team. Your motivated and enthusiastic attitude coupled with excellent communication skills will be highly regarded. 

Responsbilities of the role:

Receiving Goods

Put away

Pick/pack

Invoicing

Replenishment

Dispatch

Manage picking locations

Stock count

Procurement of warehouse materials

The successful candidate will have:  

Experience working in a warehouse leadership role (Medical Devices industry an advantage)

High level of organizational, problem solving and time management skills

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Knowledge of Inventory management systems. (M3 -Movex an advantage)

Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, 3pl’s, transport companies)

Ability to lift and carry heavy items

Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to OH&S policies by all team members.

Maintain high levels of housekeeping of warehouse and site

Current Forklift licence
