Key responsibilities
include
Service and repair of our beverage equipment including coolers/fridges, post-mix equipment and frozen carbonated beverage machines – training on industry specific equipment will be provided Being the face of Asahi Beverages providing best-in-class customer service to all our customers/suppliers Actively solving problems and troubleshooting key issues Providing fault finding/diagnostic services for our customers and quickly interpreting the correct course of action Corrective and preventative maintenance of all equipment and problem analysis work to prevent ongoing issues with a focus on continuous improvement Ensuring all jobs are completed and all spare parts and consumables are accurately recorded in the electronic work order system Ensuring that all company workplace health and safety policies, practices and procedures are always followed whilst on duty Resolution of any ad-hoc issues or appropriate escalation of the issue for resolution and follow up
About you
You have previous experience in a related service industry, such as small appliances, commercial/domestic air conditioning, or refrigeration You have a trade qualification in Air-conditioning or Refrigeration You possess a refrigeration handling licence and building services licence or willingness to obtain You can work on a rotating roster as per business requirements, inclusive of evening and weekend work You are a natural problem solver and aim to rectify any issues as they arise You quickly adapt to changing situations and have a natural ability to prioritise tasks You possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people, from our staff through to our customer base You have strongly developed equipment fault diagnostic skills You have the desire to contribute to a positive culture within the team and our organisation You are passionate about safety, ensuring that not only yourself but that those around you are operating in a safe manner.
