About the company: We are an international industry leader in footwear, athletic apparel, sportswear and accessories. About the role: We are on the search for a resilient, energetic and passionate retail leader, to oversee the Perth CBD store, developing a team of 12. Are you passionate about coaching your team and building customer loyalty whilst being a brand ambassador. You will need to have proven experience in delivering results, managing kpis, leading a team, and ultimately be able to create an exceptional customer experience. What you can bring:

Motivational coach and mentor

Proven ability to deliver results and drive kpis

Previous team leading experience

Ability to work in a high stock environment

Confidence in leading a team of 12

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Experience with Visual Merchandising

Lead from the front attitude
