Job Description

We are seeking a HR Manager to work within a well-respected corporation who helps students, scientists and engineers learn, discover and create by providing flexible hardware platforms and intuitive testing. In this role you will manage the human resources function of the corporation.
 
This is a permanent opportunity
 
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Fostering a positive work environment for all staff to attract and retain the best talent
  • Leading and coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities and employment/contractor engagement
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures for professional development and annual reviews
  • Undertaking benchmarking of salaries and conditions across a variety of roles

    To be successful in this role you should possess the following:

  • 3-7 years experience in Human Resources, particularly in a technology-focused start up
  • A can-do attitude, willingness to help and team member mindset
  • Excellent negotiation, dispute management, dispute resolution, operational and administrative skills
  • Au Citizenship or Permanent Residency
