About Our Client
Our client is seeking a highly talented and self-driven individual to join the growing team in Canberra, specialising in recruitment with a learning and development interest. This recruitment role will require candidates to have a strong APS recruitment experience, good knowledge of Acendre eRecruit. The team is a relatively new team and are in the process of building capability and improving processes along the way.
Job Description
- Being our team “recruitment expert” and train junior staff members.
- Develop procedures / SOP and process improvements.
- Assist with graduate program recruitment and program administration.
- Assist with tasks and projects across the People team as directed.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you must have a baseline security clearance (or expired as long as it is less than 5 years)
- Strong APS recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of Acendre eRecruit
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience training new staff members
- Leadership capability
- Positive, can-do attitude
