About the role

  • Provide an efficient and timely check-in and check-out!
  • Assist with guest bookings and enquiries.
  • Accurate process of payments ( upfront room payment, mini bar & In Room Dining cost).
  • Receiving and recording reservation requests.
  • Resolving customer service queries with diplomacy and tact.

    Highly passionate about guest experience? The successful candidate will be a hospitality professional who enjoys daily interaction with a goal to achieve guest service excellence every day.

    The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous guest service working experience
  • Strong passion to build a career in hospitality.
  • Administration, problem-solving skills and attention to detail highly regarded.
  • Previous experiences with Opera
  • Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
