About the Role:

This newly created position is responsible for the creation of customer marketing submissions for our largest customers globally. 

Reporting to the Communications and Brand Manager and working closely with our sales community, the Marketing Executive – Tenders is focussed on driving incremental business and retention of current business, via the creation of compelling, industry leading content, presentations, and proposals.

Key duties will include:

Creating a suite of presentation templates for use with customers by channel or core need

 Working closely with the Marketing, Sustainability team to develop thought-leading and up to the minute content for submissions

Working closely with the Sales community on Platinum and Gold presentations, presenting to the customer in-trade as and when required with the Sales Lead

Utilising desktop research tools, and working closely with the Marketing Product team, to create relevant market insight stories and content for customer submissions

Utilising InDesign or external design agencies to design on-brand PowerPoint assets which elevate customer submissions, creating easy to navigate, powerful, dynamic slide decks

Undertaking desktop research on customers to understand their goals, objectives, ensuring alignment with the proposed product solution in the customer submission

About You:

A Bachelor of Business in Marketing or similar is preferred as well as solid experience in a marketing role. Experience in developing and executing successful customer submissions and tenders will hold you in good stead for this role. Furthermore, experience in developing effective relationships at all levels both internally and externally is essential.
