Digital Product Owner

The role

:

As a Digital Product Owner in the Banking & Wealth team, you will plan, prioritise and deliver a roadmap of initiatives to ensure the quality planning objectives are delivered in accordance with practise goals.

Become customer obsessed by developing a strong understanding customer needs, placing the customer at the heart of what we deliver. 

Responsible for driving the goals of the Digital practise and working with various application squads

Responsible for understanding the full customer journey and using data & customer research, to identify pain points and opportunities.

Be able to prioritise, scope and schedule digital projects and features.

Together with Product, Compliance and Legal teams, responsible for ensuring digital content is up-to-date and all risks are managed appropriately.

Responsible for finding efficiencies in ways of working with internal teams to address customer pain points and harness opportunities.

Responsible for driving a positive culture and engaged team by leading by example (positively engaging in team practices, sharing performance/competitor/behavioural economics insights regularly, asking for and providing feedback on new initiatives)

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a Business, eCommerce, Information Technology or Marketing related discipline

 Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Proven ability to deal with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation

Experience in managing successful, performance-based, Digital programs

Experience in project management, particularly agile 

Experience in online customer experience and information design

Experience in using online analytics/intelligence tools (eg BI, Adobe Analytics)

Experience in banking products design, bank operations or bank customer service
