Brand Project Coordinator at Pet Stock (Melbourne)

Join the team in this newly created role as our Brand Project Coordinator where you will play a critical role in helping to deliver major organisational projects through managing the Brand Marketing project process including but not limited to preparing actions plans, resources, timeframes & budgets.

Day in the life…

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment & information

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, objectives & project budgets

Monitor project progress including assigning tasks to internal teams ensuring that timeframes are achieved

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans & reports

Collaborate with design team on required artwork, ensuring all marketing assets are on brand & aligned to business strategy

Develop a deep understanding of our Private Label’s brand health, consumer mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviours across our OWN brands audiences and products

Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive private label brand exposure & product content development

What you will bring to us…

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Marketing in conjunction with Project Management certifications

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator in a similar role

Demonstrated ability to prepare an interpret Gannt charts, schedules and step by step action plans

Working knowledge of graphic design principles, retail merchandising and online marketing

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
