This opportunity

The primary objective of the CLM Campaign Manager role is to support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across several TPG Telecom brands and portfolios.

The role of the CLM Campaign Manager is to support the team to continually protect and grow our customer bases, measured by churn reduction, revenue growth and incremental sales. You will support the development and implementation of the CLM and Retention campaigns driven by data and customer insights, resulting in effective and consistent recommendations and conversations with our customers to produce positive commercial outcomes.

This role is highly cross-functional and requires strong customer-led campaign management, copywriting and relationship building skills across key areas of the business such as CLM, Sales, Marketing, Product, Care, Digital and BI and Legal.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of the CLM campaigns across both brands, delivering incremental commercial objectives including churn reduction, revenue growth and incremental sales
  • Deep understanding of the relevant customer bases, including customer base movements during the lifecycle, identify cohorts of customers who are at risk to churn and identifying opportunities to grow revenue
  • Experience developing highly targeted below the line customer campaigns and working with Next Best Action or Personalisation programs with a retention focus.
  • Identify data driven opportunities to conduct experiments that can result in profitable commercial outcomes including incremental sales, migration, and churn reduction ensuring the initiatives can be scalable in the short term.
  • Development of copy for below the line targeted campaigns, including the production of multiple copy variations, leveraging smart tools to improve speed and scale
  • Monitor, prepare, and present results and incremental benefits to CLM and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work third party data and capability vendors on the development and enhancement of campaigns that mitigate churn
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and partnership management with the ability to effectively navigate the nuances of different brands and partnership needs
  • Work cross-functionally with external vendors, Finance, Insights and Analytics, Data Science and Product Marketing among other teams to support the execution of monthly and quarterly retention and growth plans.
  • Knowledge and experience

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to execute initiatives that deliver positive commercial impacts.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker and excellent planning skills.
  • Experience working in Customer Marketing, Customer Value Management or Planning within Consulting firms or Telecommunications, Financial Services or Retail industry.
  • Demonstrated experience of prioritising according to business KPIs and budget.
  • Innovative and keen to think out of the box in a pragmatic and systematic approach.
  • Experience working with the Agile, Jira and Confluence will be a plus.
