About the
role
As an Administration Assistant within client services, you willbe joining a supportive, collaborative team and will be responsiblefor providing a high level of administration and secretarialsupport to our Business Services group.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Client Services, you willthrive in a busy environment and work with your colleagues toensure processes within the team are efficient and streamlined.
What you will need to succeed
- Have demonstrated experience in an administration role is preferable but not essential
- Be flexible to work within a team and autonomously
- Be advanced in using the full Microsoft Office suite
- Display a high level of attention to detail
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- General administrative assistance for the Business Services team
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail (electronic and paper)
- Lodgement of ATO tax returns and BAS and other forms as required
- Setup and maintenance of new clients into our internal management software
- Electronic filing of client documentation
- Processing of monthly fees
- Preparation and lodgement of ASIC documentation
- Assist with training coordination, including calendar invitations, room set up, and attendance tracking
- Assist with marketing events when required
