Your job will include:

Working in teams on planned maintenance jobs

Appetite for heights

Experience within Construction Industry, basic roofing knowledge (roofers’ mate, decorators mate, cladders mate would be advantage, not essential)

Must be flexible with working hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekends

Willingness to learn new skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Pride in workmanship and accountable

What we need from you but not essential

IPAF (1b, 3a, eb)

CSCS labourer or skilled worker

PASMA

First aid

NVQ (Slating & Tiling / Sheeting & cladding)

Reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, GRP flat roofing)
