Manage a fast paced national distribution centre with up to 12 direct reports

Attractive Base + 10.5% Super + Bonus + Parking

About the Responsibilities

Managing the daily operations of the distribution centre and ensuring optimal service level delivery to regional warehouses and customers

Driving operational excellence and best practice initiatives, and leading a culture of continuous improvement

Recruiting new team members, building internal capability and providing development opportunities for the team

Fostering and maintaining strong relationships whilst providing a premium experience to customers/stakeholders

About You

At least 4-5 years warehouse management experience in a leadership capacity

Exposure to LEAN methodologies, and warehouse management systems, ideally SAP

Outcome and solutions driven with solid planning and analytical skills, the ability to think strategically, and highly adaptable to change

A curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, resilient, customer/service oriented and strong relationship skills
