We are looking for an  Advertising graduate to help manage customer accounts. You will preserve customer satisfaction by listening to preferences and addressing them through advising and services. The ideal candidate will be a good listener with a customer orientated approach.

We are looking for an  Advertising graduate to help manage customer accounts. You will preserve customer satisfaction by listening to preferences and addressing them through advising and services. The ideal candidate will be a good listener with a customer orientated approach.

The goal is to ensure the continuous development of our business activities and establish our agency as a leader in the industry.

Advertising Graduate responsibilities are:

• Communicate closely with clients in order to apprehend their desires and needs.

• Communicate desires and wishes of clients to the appropriate department or agency

• Learn about the client’s’ industry and business activities in order to suggest personalized and specific solutions

• Liaise with clients to organize promotional events or confer on advertising material suited to their profiles and goals

• Following client standards, collaborate with colleagues to design creative, unique campaigns or other projects that fit their needs. 

• Monitoring social media channels for new trends/ideas 

• Creating Logos and graphic design of custom icons 

• Research and evaluate competitor marketing digital content 

• Writing documentations, project plans and website descriptions 

• Prepare detailed promotional presentations 

• Engaging with major brands and counting them for partnerships for event and initiatives 

• Assist with capturing and analysing social media metrics 

• Email Marketing Campaigns/HTML 

• Creating Facebook ads, Google Ads Instagram Ads, Linkedin Ads, Tik Tok Ads 

• Implementing Marketing Campaigns/Marketing Strategies 

• Creating images to post on social media using the design tool 

• Help with the planning/hosting/organising of marketing events

• Attract new clients through networking techniques.

• Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make detailed presentations justifying costs and schedules

• Keep records of clients, and other related administrative or clerical work.

Advertising Graduate requirements are:

• Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position

• Firm understanding of the techniques used in marketing, and methods of advertising as well as techniques.

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Multi-tasking ability is vital, with accounts across industries.

• Ability to enthusiastically work with a team, with outstanding communication and presentation skills

• BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
