Our client is currently seeking a hardworking and energetic individual to undertake an Administration Traineeship.
This fulltime role will be based in our Karratha office and will see you undertaking a two-year traineeship giving you hands on events experience whilst receiving paid study to achieve a nationally accredited Certificate III in Business Administration.
As the Trainee Administrator your role will be responsible for the support for multiple services involved in the successful and seamless delivery of our client events. Activities include receptionist duties, meeting and greeting guests, data entry, event preparation and general administration.
As our Trainee Administrator you will:
Assist with the administrative tasks associated with running the office and client events;
Assist with the travel and logistics management of each project and the events team;
Assist with the management of event equipment storage;
Liaise with contractors and both internal and external stakeholders;
Manage online event registrations, ticket sales and reporting;
Prepare nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc.;
Greet all clients and assist with general queries;
Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the office is maintained to a high standard.

Keen to learn and expand their knowledge in this high pressure industry;
Highly organised and detail orientated;
A natural problem-solver.

Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have:
Completed as a minimum year 10;
Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality;
Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; email and web searches.
