About the role

 

As a member of our Regional team you will be a key point of contact between Stratco and our customers. This will involve:

• Greeting and developing relationships with all Stratco customers
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales
• Working with the operations team to achieve exceptional customer service
• Assisting Customers to work out materials for their projects
• Accurately pricing customer’s requirements using our computer systems.
• Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures

The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

• Demonstrated sales experience
• Action oriented and a great communicator
• Hands on, practical person with an ability to understand customer projects
• Honest, self motivated and have a passionate desire to be successful
• Have the ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to manage multiple customers and store priorities
• An understanding of Outdoor Building Products will be advantageous
• External customer sales experience is an advantage
• Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and measurements
• Excellent computer and data entry skills
• Strong safety awareness of all team members within the workplace
