The Role
The Marketing Manager is a key member of the team responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies that are centred around client needs and aligned with business objectives. You will be a proactive, positive, and self-motivated team player contributing to product and proposition transformation projects, delivering high impact marketing communications programs and campaigns with a focus on detailed measurement and optimisation to measure impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Manager, team and key stakeholder groups to deliver marketing programs on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. Develop and execute robust and achievable project plans including management of timelines, scope, risks and budgets Deliver campaigns, and communications that drive retention and increase penetration of activities across the member base. Develop customer journeys and experiences, as well as creative development, asset development, Ignite an emotional response and positive ongoing dialogue with consumers and build advocacy on their journey to financial wellbeing, nurturing them throughout their life stages to add value to their relationship with their super. Collaborate and negotiate with whilst influencing key stakeholders to deliver shared goals and support a cultural and behavioural shift that embraces customer centricity, prioritisation and delivery. Closely monitor marketing communication and campaign results to understand what is working and what can be optimised and what value the activity is delivering to the business. Experience required:
7+ years’ experience in marketing in consumer marketing. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related relevant discipline. Understanding of superannuation, retirement, investments landscape to provide thought leadership and constructive challenge to ensure we are doing the right work, in the right way for the right outcomes and at the right time Strong customer orientation with the ability to put them at the centre of all activity. Strong delivery and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and provide strong attention to detail Ability to effectively collaborate with, manage and influence internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver results. Problem identification and resolution skills to overcome barriers and obstacles. Analytical, data-driven and results oriented – keen focus on measurement to demonstrate value and drive continual improvement and optimisation. Proven track record of successfully developing high quality, engaging marketing campaigns and material with the ability to brief and guide creative professionals, digital teams, writers, designers etc. Benefits
