Job Description
The Position:
Collaborate with the Head of HSEQ and CLT on the development and implementation of an annual ISS Pacific Quality Plan, with related objectives, measures and targets Review and maintain the ISS Pacific-level Quality Management System process documents Collaborate with the Head of HSEQ to ensure current QMS documents are accessible in the ISS Operations Performance Framework Develop and drive the implementation of the internal Quality Audit Program, including the reporting results and outcomes to the CLT, and actions to drive the continuous improvement of core QMS processes Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain and Procurement on the effective implementation of the Supplier Audit Program Collaborate with the Head of HSEQ and CLT on the annual Management Review of the QMS Provide governance to the Quality Non-Conformance management process to ensure non-conformances are reported, promptly investigated and corrective actions are raised, implemented and effectively closed Collaborate with the Head of HSEQ on the Quality Reporting System and generation and reporting of Key Performance Indicators to drive decision making by the CLT and other leaders in the business Provide operational advice, support and coaching to leaders in the business to underpin the effective implementation of QMS processes Work with OP Heads of Functions and Segment leaders to identify, coordinate and/or lead a wide variety of continuous improvement initiatives and projects designed to improve productivity, quality and safety across ISS operations Accountable for the completion and/or support of significant CI projects to time, cost, quality, and resource targets Support the deployment of a Continuous Improvement culture throughout the organisation Work closely with ISS’ Data Analyst to identify data quality improvements, and standardisation opportunities Our Benefits:

Demonstrated experience in the healthcare resources, facilities management or manufacturing sectors Demonstrated capacity to build trusting relationships with others. Plans and manages work according to agreed objectives and priorities and measure progress. Understanding of contemporary Quality Management practices Strong ability to lead and manage change Demonstrated ability to influence managers and other stakeholders. Effective collaborator Excellent communication skills QMS Lead Auditor certification (desirable) Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable)
