Network Engineer

We are currently looking for a qualified Network Engineer for a full-time position. The team is looking for a smart person with open-mind personality and a strong will to learn and succeed within a dedicated results focus team

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Configuration and testing the new Wi-Fi and remote access systems for providing ultra fast internet services. 
• Gathering system requirements, designing system and supporting network technologies in accordance with Australian Government standards and requirements
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to existing clients and using technologies to meet their requirements.
• Documenting deployment procedures.
• Monitoring internal and external infrastructure
• Patching the systems update for both customers and internal
• Monitoring and troubleshooting system errors to maximize network performance 
• Researching and analyzing new technologies
• Evaluating and implementing new technologies
• Providing high level support for the internal and external.
• Work with project and service delivery teams responsible for the commissioning of new installations/services to ensure they are fit for purpose, supportable, built as per agreed specifications.
• Implementation of systems to improve productivity throughout the organisation

 

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor degree level qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering or other comparable and relevant field 
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience
• Fast learner who understands and apply new knowledge and techniques.
• Be able to identify, analyze and solve problems
• The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
• Excellent time management skills
• Good oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full Time 

Salary Offered: $55,000 to $65,000 + Superannuation
