Do you want to be a part of a growing, successful Company and lead their recruitment drive for blue and white collar positions? Due to an increased demand for workers our Client is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team.

We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated, and experienced individual with previous experience in recruitment to become the lead representative in the HR / Recruitment space for our business.

Initially the role will be on casual basis, approximately 2-3 days per week (16 – 24 hours), however, this may increase to a potential part time or full time position as the business grows and the demand for workers increases. This role offers the opportunity to work between our Pinjarra-based office alongside our management/admin team and working from home.

Responsibilities

Sourcing appropriate candidates through direct head-hunting, and ongoing advertising.

Handling the full recruitment process from short-listing through to conducting interviews, and offering successful candidates their new role

Mobilisation of all new employees

Identifying and building partnerships with new clients and candidates

Communicating regularly with the management team to keep them updated on the recruitment process

Continuously seeking new ways to improve the recruitment process and attract talent.

Desirable criteria:

Demonstrated high level recruitment/talent acquisition experience in either agency or internal recruitment

Sound knowledge of mining/maintenance industry roles and their requirements

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and candidates

Mobilisation experience to have all employees site ready – inductions, site access, flights etc

Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to set timeframes and achieve targets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work both independently, and alongside a small management team.
