Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse, Technician – Anaesthetics

Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for experienced Anaesthetics Enrolled Nurses, Registered Nurses and Technicians to join our team on either a casual, part time or full time basis. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have a passion for delivering high quality patient care.

Established in 2016 Gold Coast Private Hospital is a 336 bed, 22 operating theatre facility located in Southport, the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct. Specialities include and are not limited to: 24/7 Emergency Care Centre, Medical, Orthopaedic, Bariatric, Neurosurgical, Plastics, ENT & General Surgical, Obstetrics, Paediatrics, Cardiac Care and Oncology. Your duties will include

Delivering excellent service and care to patients

Liaise within a multi-disciplinary team

Proven ability to work well within a team

Ensuring patient and staff safety

Sound knowledge of theatre equipment and safe use practices

Proven troubleshooting skills

Possess organisational skills and complete documentation to a high standard

Will adhere to Healthscope and site policies and procedures, contribute to the efficient, effective and economic running of the peri operative service.

Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs

Essential Criteria:

Current Registration with AHPRA (Enrolled and Registered Nurses)

Minimum of 12 months’ experience in Anaesthetics

Commitment to Quality Patient Care

Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Works well independently and within a team
