About the Role

The Product Analyst/Manager’s role will predominantly be to assist in supporting and growing commercial products (including asset finance) within BOQS with a focus on managing the risks inherent in the commercial product set.

The key responsibilities encompassed by this role include: 

  • Improving the end to end delivery of product – improving risk settings, time to yes and time to cash
  •  Performing annual reviews for products
  • Performing product remediations including liaising directly with technology, compliance legal and product remediation teams.
  • Managing identified risk incidents and product treatment plans from root cause analysis to closure
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to assist in delivering products to market
  • Assist with managing pricing for the products
  • Assist in delivering various promotions and campaigns for commercial products

  • About you

    Skills and experience that we will be actively looking for in the successful candidate include:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Broad/general understanding of banking with particular focus on commercial lending including asset finance.
  • Ability to understand and document business processes/requirements that can be used to build the product offering
  • Ability to identify the root cause and resulting correction of product related issues.
  • Detail oriented person who can perform and interpret data to assist in addressing risk and remediation issues
  • Experience writing and reviewing policies and procedures
  • Exposure to project delivery in some form would be expected
